丹红注射液联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛随机平行对照研究

目的]观察丹红注射液联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将130例住院患者按奇偶顺序法随机分为两组。对照组65例西医常规治疗,舌下含服硝酸酯类药物,并给予抗血小板聚集、调节血脂、抗凝、控制血压、血糖等综合治疗。治疗组65例20mL丹红注射液+250mL5%葡萄糖,1次/d,静滴;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心绞痛发作、心电图、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组显效31例,有效33例,无效1例,总有效率98.46%。对照组显效27例,有效30例,无效8例,总有效率87.69%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]丹红注射液联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛效果显著,值得推广。

Results]the treatment group 31 cases were markedly effective, effective 33 cases, 1 had no effect, total effective rate was 98.46%. 30 cases of control group 27 cases were markedly effective, effective, 8 no effect, the total effective rate was 87.69%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈O.05 ） . Conclusion] Dan red injection combined western medicine therapy of coronary heart disease angina pectoris effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
