益气解毒软肝汤联合西药治疗乙型肝炎后肝硬化随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察益气解毒软肝汤联合西药治疗乙型肝炎后肝硬化疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组30例常规治疗,抗病毒(拉米夫定、阿德福韦酯或恩替卡韦等)、保肝、降酶退黄,合并腹水口服利尿剂,严格限制钠盐摄入。治疗组30例益气解毒软肝汤(黄芪、炒白术各20g,黄精30g,首乌15g,百花虫舌草30g,丹参15g,柴胡10g,虎杖、半枝莲、茯苓、枸杞子各15g,山茱萸10g,赤芍15g),1剂/d,水煎400mL,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗90d为1疗程。观测临床症状、TBIL、ALT、ALB、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效7例,有效18例,无效5例,总有效率83.33%。对照组显效1例,有效17例,无效12例,总有效率60.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。肝功能指标两组均有改善(P0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]益气解毒软肝汤联合西药治疗乙型肝炎后肝硬化效果显著,值得推广。

Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 90 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, TBIL, ALT, propagated and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 2 period of treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment group 7 cases were markedly effective, 18 patients effectively, invalid in 5 cases, total effective rate was 83.33%. The control group 1 case had marked effect, 17 cases effective, 12 had no effect, the total effective rate was 60.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Liver function index in the two groups were improved （ P〈0.05 ）, the treatment group is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Yiqi jiedu soft liver soup combined western medicine treatment of liver cirrhosis after hepatitis b effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
