电针联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎200例临床观察

[目的]观察电针联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对1200例门诊及住院患者电针:取穴肝俞、肾俞、阳陵泉、大柕、关元、血海、足三里、丰隆、内外膝眼、局部阿是穴;得气后接通SD2--II型电针仪,选续断波以病人能耐受为宜,20min/次,1次/d,避免负重及受寒,并配合膝关节功能锻炼,连续治疗15d为1疗程。玻璃酸钠注射:坐位屈膝下垂90°,穿刺点为内外膝眼,消毒局麻铺巾,穿刺后注入2.5mL玻璃酸钠,创可贴包扎,关节肿胀抽尽积液后注药;每周一次,连续注射五次为一疗程。观测临床症状、膝关节功能、不良反应。玻璃酸钠注射5疗程(5次),电针连续治疗2疗程(30d),判定疗效。[结果]痊愈85例,显效89例,有效15例,无效11例,总有效率94.50%。[结论]电针联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎效果显著,值得推广。

Cupping therapy：find liver yu, shen shu, 34gb, big, guan yuan, blood, foot three mile, hong leong, inside and outside the knee eye, local is point o. After much air through SD2-including type II instrument, selected radix dipsaei wave with the patients tolerated advisable, 20 min/times, 1/d, avoid weight and cold, and comply with the knee joint function exercise. 15d continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Sodium hyaluronate injection five times for a period of treatment, the curative for 2 course of treatment （ 30d ）, judge curative effect.[ Results ] 85 cases cured, 89 cases were markedly effective, efficient, 15 cases ineffective in 11 cases, total effective rate was 94.50%. [ Conclusion ] Joint cupping treatment sodium hyaluronate knee osteoarthritis effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
