| 摘 要： | 周围性面瘫有寒冷刺激学说、缺血学说、免疫反应学说等,多因机体气血亏虚,脉络空虚,卫表不固,外感风寒热邪,侵袭面部筋肌,以致经络痹阻,经筋失养而纵缓不收。从病因病机、分期辨证、针刺取穴、病案举例等方面,介绍分期辨证针灸治疗周围性面瘫研究概况。

| Abstract: | Etiology and pathogenesis of peripheral facial paralysis with cold stimulus theory, ischemic theory, theory of the immune response, and other, mostly because of deficiency of both Qi and blood of the body, ehoroid emptiness, Wei table is not solid, mind-cold heat, invasive facial muscles, resulting in Meridian blockage, muscle dystrophy, longitudinal sustained no charge. Etiology and pathogenesis, differentiation and acupuncture by stages from aspects of acupuncture, medical records, for example, describes research of peripheral facial paralysis treated by acupuncture of syndrome differentiation by stages. |
