| 摘 要： | 董子亮先生认为胃脘痛多由情志失调、饮食起居失宜引起,病位在脾胃,肝胆与脾胃关系密切,引起胃脘痛原因不同,肝胃气机失调为主要发病机理,董老遵循"必伏其所主,而先其所因",针对基本病机,以疏肝和胃为基本原则,提出"疏肝要结合和胃,和胃又必须疏肝"治疗原则,辨证论治、审证求因,疗效显著善于从肝论治胃脘痛,调畅肝胃气机,通而痛止,创立疏肝和胃方结合辨证加减用药,治疗胃脘痛等消化系统疾病,收到良好效果
