玉女煎联合多虑平与心理疏导治疗脑血管病致抑郁症随机平行对照研究

目的]观察玉女煎联合多虑平与心理疏导治疗脑血管病致抑郁症疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院及门诊患者按病志号及就诊顺序号抽签简单随机分为两组。对照组40例1多虑平,25mg/次,2次/d,1~7d口服;75mg/次,2次/d,8~14d口服;125mg/次,2次/d,15~21d口服;2心理疏导。治疗组40例玉女煎(甘草炙6g,远志、杭芍均12g,菖蒲30g,郁金、陈皮、川芎、香附、枳壳、柴胡各10g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服;多虑平与心理疏导治疗同对照组。连续治疗21d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。随访90d,观测复发率。结果]治疗组痊愈10例,显效16例,有效10例,无效4例,总有效率90.00%。对照组痊愈4例,显效11例,有效16例,无效9例,总有效率77.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]玉女煎联合多虑平与心理疏导治疗脑血管病致抑郁症效果显著,值得推广。
