慢性病患者自护能力与社会支持的相关性研究

目的 调查慢性病患者的自我护理能力与社会支持状况并探讨二者的相关性,为慢性病患者自我护理能力的提升提供参考.方法 采用自我护理能力量表（ESCA）和社会支持评定量表对150例慢性病住院患者进行调查.结果 患者自我护理能力得分为122.75±11.35,76.67%的患者自我护理能力处于高等水平;社会支持总分为38.06±5.68.自护能力整体水平与社会支持主观支持呈正相关（P＜0.05）,与对支持利用度呈负相关（P＜0.05）;自护能力中自护责任感维度与社会支持总分、主观支持、客观支持呈正相关（P＜0.05）,自我概念维度与对支持利用度呈负相关（P＜0.05）.结论 慢性病患者的自我护理能力总体水平较高,与社会支持有较大的关系,提示社会支持对进一步提升慢性病患者的自我护理能力极为重要.

Correlation study between self-care agency and social support among patients with chronic diseases

Objective To explore the current status of self-care agency （SCA） and social support and relationship between them in pa- tients with chronic diseases, and to provide references for promotion of SCA in chronic patients. Methods A total of 150 inpatients with chronic diseases were surveyed by the Chinese version of the Exercise of Self-care Agency scale （ESCA） and the Social Sup- port Rating Scale（SSRS）. Results The mean score of ESCA of the patients with chronic diseases was 122.75± 11.35. A total of 76.67 % patients had high level of SCA. The SSRS score averaged 38.06 ±5.68. The SCA was positively correlated with the subjec- tive support whereas negatively correlated with the utilization of support of the SSRS （P〈0.05 for both）. There were positive cor- relations between the attitude of responsibility for self of the ESCA and social support and its subjective and objective factors （P〈 0.05 for all）. Negative correlation was also found between the self-conception of the ESCA and the utilization of support of the SSRS （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The total SCA among the patients with chronic diseases is at high level, and it has a strong correla- tion with social support. Social support can help the patients improve their SCA.
