| 摘 要： | 老龄化进程与家庭小型化、空巢化和慢性病化相伴随,老年人的健康照护服务需求将急剧增加,涌现出各种与老年人问题相关的服务类型和内容.据此,从老年护理相关政策的影响、老年护理服务形式、老年人常见健康问题、人力资源的开发管理及老年护理教育5个方面论述了我国老年护理现状与发展方向,旨在为更好地开展老年护理提供参考.

| Abstract: | Along with aging process, family miniaturization, empty-nested phenomenon, and increased chronic diseases in the elder- ly, demands for elderly health care service is growing at an incredible speed, and various kinds of service models related to health problems of the elderly emerged. This article aimed to address an overview of the status and prospect of nursing care for the aged people in 5 aspects., related policies about aged care, service types of aged care, common health problems, management and deve- lopment of human resources, and geriatric nursing education, in order to provide some references for aged care. |
