功能保健灸治疗慢性疲劳综合征随机平行对照研究

目的]观察功能保健灸治疗慢性疲劳综合征疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将86例门诊患者按就诊顺序号抽签简单随机分为两组。对照组43例针刺,穴位:百会、印堂、神门、太溪、太冲、三阴交、足三里;失眠、多梦易醒加安眠、内关;心悸、焦虑加内关、心俞;头晕、注意力不集中加四神聪、悬钟,取直径0.32mm,长25~40mm毫针,根据具体穴位位置直刺或斜刺,均平补平泻手法,行均匀提插捻转,得气后,留针30min,1次/d。治疗组43例功能保健灸,取穴:悬钟、足三里;操作方法:侧卧位,男性从左到右,女性先右后左,灸足三里,蒜汁涂在穴位表面,捻成麦粒大小艾炷放在足三里上,线香引燃艾炷,避免风吹,穴位出现向四周扩散、呈放射状皱纹,说明施术成功,术毕直径25mm圆形胶布覆盖,拇指按压30s;同法施灸同侧悬钟穴、异侧悬钟、足三里;每次每穴灸1壮,1次/d。连续治疗7d为1疗程,疗程间间隔3d。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈17例,显效10例,有效12例,无效4例,总有效率90.70%。对照组痊愈10例,显效10例,有效12例,无效11例,总有效率74.42%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]功能保健灸治疗慢性疲劳综合征效果显著,值得推广。
