降糖益肾方联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察降糖益肾方联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将59例住院患者按就诊顺序编号法分为两组。对照组24例以实际血糖情况为依据,美吡达,2.5~5mg/次,3次/d,口服;未取得良好控制效果则可加二甲双胍,0.25~0.5g/次,3次/d,口服;胰岛素继续服用;伴有高血压症状,加克甫定,25mg/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组25例降糖益肾方(大黄9g,蒲黄12g,淫羊藿15g,山药、玉米须、葛根、生地黄、益母草各20g,黄芪、丹参各30g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服;西医治疗同对照组。连续治疗60d为1疗程。观测临床症状、24h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、尿素氮、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效12例,有效11例,无效2例,总有效率92.00%。对照组显效5例,有效10例,无效9例,总有效率62.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]降糖益肾方联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病疗效显著,值得推广。
