针灸治疗基孔肯雅热关节炎14例临床观察

目的]观察针灸治疗基孔肯雅热关节炎疗效。方法]采用前瞻性设计方法,对14例住院及门诊患者局部取穴配合辨证循经取穴。肩关节:阿是穴、肩髃、肩前、曲池;肘关节:阿是穴、曲池、尺泽、少海;腕关节:阿是穴、外关、合谷、中渚、阳池;膝关节:阿是穴、血海、膝眼、阳陵泉、阴陵泉;踝关节:阿是穴、悬钟、三阴交、昆仑、解溪、商丘、丘墟。每次每部位4个穴位。急性期电针治疗,针刺得气后接G9805-C低频脉冲治疗仪,用连续波,频率为1Hz,留针30min,1次/d,治疗5d。部分关节肿痛,络脉怒张,予刺络拔罐放血,三棱针在关节肿胀处、络脉怒张处点刺2~3下,火罐拔于点刺部位,留罐5~10min,针孔出血2~5mL,罐壁见蒸汽水珠为佳,隔天1次。急性期后,病程10d,治疗3~5次后关节仍肿胀、疼痛剧烈,且有明显重着感,加温针灸,予电针20min后卸去电极,留针,将温针艾条切成圆柱形,高约1.6cm,中间戳孔,点燃后置于针柄上燃烧,温热量,以患者耐受为度,5min/次,1次/d。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、关节症状积分、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,疗程间间隔3d,判定疗效。结果]痊愈3例,显效2例,有效9例,无效0例,总有效率100.00%。结论]针灸治疗基孔肯雅热关节炎效果显著,值得推广。

Continuous treatment of 10 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, joint symptoms integral, adverse reactions. For 2 course of treatment, the treatment interval between 3 d, judge curative effect. Results ] 3 were cured, 2 cases were markedly effective, effective 9 cases, 0 no effect, the total effective rate was 100.00%.
