加味左金丸联合西药治疗胃溃疡随机平行对照研究

目的]观察加味左金丸联合西药治疗胃溃疡疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将124例住院患者按病志号抽签简单随机分为两组。对照组62例奥美拉唑,40mg/次,2次/d,口服;克拉霉素,0.5g/次,2次/d,口服;阿莫西林,1g/次,2次/d,口服。治疗组62例加味左金丸,6g/次,2次/d,口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、胃溃疡性状、幽门螺杆菌、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈23例,显效29例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率96.77%。对照组痊愈18例,显效24例,有效11例,无效9例,总有效率85.48%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]加味左金丸联合西药治疗胃溃疡效果显著,值得推广。

Jiawei Zuojin Pill Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Gastric Ulcer Random Parallel Control

Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment, the curative effect. Results ] The treatment group cured 23 cases, effective in 29 cases, effective 8 cases, invalid 2 cases, the total efficiency of 96.77%. The control group cured 18 cases, effective in 24 cases, effective 11 cases, invalid 9 cases, the total efficiency of 85.48%. The treatment group was better than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion ] Jiaweizuojin pill combined with western medicine treatment of gastric ulcer effect, worthy of promotion.
