围术期护理经尿道前列腺电切术高龄前列腺增生症68例临床观察

[目的]观察围术期护理高龄前列腺增生症行经尿道前列腺电切术恢复疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对68例高龄前列腺增生症患者行经尿道前列腺电切术患者进行术前、术中、术后、心理护理。观测排尿症状、不良反应。[结果]手术顺利进行,术中出血少,均无输血,无并发症发生,术后排尿困难症状明显改善,平均最大尿流率术后1个月上升至16.7mL/s,3个月上升至20.3mL/s,膀胱残余尿量术后3个月平均为32mL。[结论]围术期护理促进高龄前列腺增生症患者术后恢复,可有效控制并发症发生,是行经尿道前列腺电切术取得满意效果的重要保证。
