大黄牡丹汤治疗肛门直肠坠胀随机平行对照研究

目的]观察大黄牡丹汤治疗肛门直肠坠胀疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将68例住院患者按抛硬币法随机分为两组。对照组34例地奥司明,0.5g/次,3次/d。治疗组34例大黄牡丹汤(冬瓜仁6g,大黄10g,丹皮、赤芍各15g,火麻仁10g,当归15g,桃仁、枳实各10g,芒硝6g),1剂/d,水煎300mL,3次/d。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、肛门坠胀评分、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈15例,有效13例,无效6例,总有效率82.36%。对照组痊愈9例,有效12例,无效13例,总有效率61.76%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.01)。两组肛门坠胀评分均有改善(P0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]大黄牡丹汤治疗肛门直肠坠胀效果显著,值得推广。

Continuous treatment of 7 d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, the anus belly score, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment, judge curative effect. Results ] The treatment group 15 cases cured, 13 cases of effective, 6 no effect, the total effective rate was 82.36%. The control group, 9 cases recovered effectively and 12 cases, 13 cases of invalid, total effective rate was 61.76%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.01 ） . Two groups of anus belly score were improved （ P〈0.05 ）, the treatment group improved better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion ] Rhubarb peony decoction the anus rectum the belly effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
