| 摘 要： | 对照组与给药组的鹌鹑均用诱发饲料(其中含胆固醇1％和脂肪20％)喂饲。冠心舒200mg/kg/d ip,药后第4、6周血清胆固醇均比对照组降低31％(P<0.001)。提示冠心舒有显著的预防血清胆固醇升高的作用。另外冠心舒120mg/kg ip可使小鼠凝血时间延长,药后1h、2h分别比对照组延长10.26s(P<0.01)和1.02s(P<0.05),药后6h恢复正常。

THE EFFECTS OF GUAN XIN SHU ON EXPERIMENTAL HYPERCHOLESTEROLEMIA OF QUAILS AND ON COAGULATION TIME OF MICE |

| Abstract: | Guan Xin Shu ( GXS ) is a heparinoid.Quails were randomly divided into 2 groups. All of them were fed with inducer diet containing 1% cholesterol and 20% fat for 6 weeks. 1 group was treated with GXS (200mg/kg/d, ip ) , the other with 0.9% NaCl(0.2ml/100g/d, ip ) . 4 and 6 weeks after administration, serum cholesterol level was significantly reduced (mean 3l%, P<0.001 )1 and 2 h after the administration of GXS(120mg/kg, ip), the coagulation time of mice was significantly prolonged (mean 10.26, P< 0.01; and 1.02s, P<0.05, respectively). |
