北京市怀柔区2005-2006年动物咬伤疫情监测分析

目的通过对北京市怀柔区动物咬伤疫情监测分析，向政府提出预防狂犬病措施，保持怀柔区狂犬病零发病状态。方法收集怀柔区狂犬病免疫预防门诊记录，进行统计分析。结果2005-2006年，怀柔区狂犬病免疫预防门诊共登记动物咬伤患者5618名，全部给予狂犬病疫苗预防接种，接种率100％。动物咬伤的致伤犬共计5157条，1年内接种狂犬病疫苗的犬887条，接种率只有17．2％。结论①政府应加大居民狂犬病预防知识宣传，提高狂犬病预防知识知晓率。②提高怀柔区家犬狂犬病疫苗预防接种率，切断传染源，控制狂犬病发病。

Analysis of Epidemic Situation of Animal Biting in Huairou District of Beijing City during 2006-2007
