石斛的试管苗快速繁殖

本文报道了几种石斛的种胚和茎尖的离体培养及快速繁殖。胚培养的最适培养基为改良N_6 NAA0.2mg/L,茎尖培养的最适培养基为MS NAA0.2mg/L 6-BA0.5mg/L,生根壮苗培养基以改良N_6 10％香蕉汁较佳,蔗糖最佳浓度为2％。在商品苗生产中,用蛋白陈及食用精配制培养基可降低成本。

Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation of Dendrobium

In vitro culture and rapid propagation of embryo and shoot tip of Dendrobium have been studied ,the main results are as follows : The optimum medium for embryo and shoot tip culture is improved N6 supplemented with 0. 2 mg/L NAA and MS supplemented with 0. 2 mg/L NAA and 0. 5 mg/Ns-BA, respectively. The optimum medium for root induction is improved N6 supplemented with 10% banana juice and the optimum concentration of sucrose is 2%. Much better results have also been reached in simplifying the medium and cutting down the cost during the large scale of production of the seedling.
