| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨儿童良性中央—颞区棘波灶癫痫的特点。方法:对68例患儿的临床和脑电图资料进行回顾性分析。结果:发现所有患儿发作间歇期都有特征性的脑电图改变,即在中央—颞区出现高波幅棘波。治疗后,年龄超过15岁后癫痫发作几乎全部停止。结论:本症的诊断,脑电图是根本依据,治疗效果好。

| Abstract: | Objectives : To observe the benign epilepsy of children with centrotem-poral spikes. Methods : The characteristics of the clinical manifestations and EEG were re-strospectively studied in 68 children with benign epilepsy with centrotemporal spikes. Results: The result showed that there was characteristic change in all EEG during intermittent period that is revealing slow spiles of high amplitude in the centrotemporal area. After treatment, almost the attack ceased after the age of 15. Conclusions: EEG was a important diagnostic basis for this disease. The therapeatic effect of the disease was beter. |
