中国农村贫困地区居民门诊医疗需要、需求及影响因素分析

目的：分析全国10个合作医疗试点县农村居民的门诊医疗服务的需要和需求，并分析其影响因素。方法：对干预前和干预后进行的家庭卫生服务调查，采用单因素分析和非条件Logistic回归方法。结果：分析被调查县农村民民的2周患病、2周患病就医、未就诊及其影响因素。结论：农村居民的门诊医疗服务的需要和需求在干预前后发生了变化，仍然没有得到有效满足，不同收入之间有差异。影响农村居民2周患病就诊的因素主要是经济因素和是否患有慢性病等。

An Alysis on the Need and Demand of Medical Service for Outpatients in the Rural Areas in China

Purpose: to study the need and demand of medical service for outpatints in 10 trial counties of Cooperative Medical System (CMS) in rural areas of China, and to find the affecting factors . Methods: single factor analysis and unnconditional logistic regression are undretaken. Results: obtained the two - week morbidity rate, two - week visiting rate and the affecting factors. Conclusion: both levels of need and demand of medical serive for outpatients have changed after the interventions, but is still not enough to be fulfilled for the citizens. And the main affecting factors for lower utilization rate are financial conditions and whether having chronic disease.
