| 摘 要： | 目的探讨白内障超声乳化术对高度近视眼角膜内皮的影响.方法采用上方弧形5.5cm巩膜隧道切口行白内障超声乳化术.用非接触式角膜内皮显微镜分别于术前、术后1月拍摄正常组30例(50眼)与高度近视眼组24(48眼)角膜内皮细胞图像并行计算机图像处理及自动分析.结果各组中术前与术后细胞密度、细胞面积、变异系数、六角形细胞比例均有显著性差异(p＜0.05);两组间术前与术后细胞密度、细胞面积、细胞丧失率,六角形细胞比例经统计学分析有显著性差异(p＜0.05),同时两组年龄统计学无显著性差异(p＞0.05).结论高度近视眼在白内障手术中其内皮细胞比同龄正常眼更易受到损伤,临床上应该慎重手术.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the influence of phacoemulsification on corneal endothelium of high myopia.Methods:54 patients underwent phacoemulsifcation and intraocular lens implantation through a upper sclera tunnel incision.The endothelial cells in the high myopia group and the control group were analyzed before and after 1 month of operation.Results:After operation,there were obvious differences in cell area,cell density,the rate of hexagonality in each group(p<0 05);There were also obvious differences between two groups before and after 1 month of operation;In the same time,no differences in ages between two groups.Conclusions:The endothelial cells of high myopia are easier to be damaged than that of senile cataract in the phacoemulsification,So safe and reliable operation should be selected for these patients. |
