| 摘 要： | 甘草浸膏小鼠腹腔注射(ip)的LD_(50)为2.2g/kg。注入甘草浸膏50mg/kg可显著减少小鼠的自发活动和明显加强戊巴比妥钠对小鼠的催眠作用;注入甘草浸膏250mg/kg可明显延长小鼠戊巴比妥钠的睡眠时间。结果提示甘草具有镇静催眠作用。

| Abstract: | In this study, Sedative-Hypnotic effects of Glycyrrhiza were investigated in mice. It was found that the LD_(50) of Glycyrrhiza extract (GE) ip was 2.2g/kg. GE 50mg/kg (1/40 LD_(50)) ip significantly decreased the animals' spontaneous activity and enhanced the hypnotic action of subthreshold dose (26mg/kg) of pentobarbital sodium. In addition, after GE 250mg/kg (1/8 LD_(50)) ip, the sleeping time of pentobarbital sodium (40mg/kg) was prolonged markedly. The results mentioned above suggest that Glycyrrhiza possesses the sedative-hypnotic effects. |
