| 摘 要： | 目的评估射频消融治疗不能切除的胰体尾癌的临床价值。方法对手术不能切除的10例胰体尾癌行术中射频热疗，观察并发症、近期疗效及生存情况。结果部分病例活检病理学报告为凝固坏死改变，术后CT为高密度改变，B超为高回声改变。所有病例均未并发胰瘘，术后腹痛明显缓解，术前8例CA19-9增高的患者术后明显下降。平均随访15个月，2例死亡，8例带瘤健康存活，生存质量尚可。结论RFA治疗不能切除的胰体尾肿瘤是安全的。
