多层螺旋CT血管造影对肺动脉栓塞和深静脉血栓的诊断

目的：讨论多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在肺动脉栓塞(PE)和深静脉血栓(DVT)的诊断的临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析12例PE病人(含7例DVT)，均行肺动脉扫描后，从膈顶至胭窝行深静脉CT扫描。并在工作站对肺动脉进行图像后处理，获得血管平面、三维立体图像。结果：对12例185支肺动脉及7例162支深静脉(下腔静脉、髂静脉、股静脉、胭静脉)进行分析，肺动脉受累率为42.2％。在7例深静脉血栓(DVT)中，血栓占据两侧的只有1例，其余均为单侧，均累及髂静脉。结论：MSCT作为一种快速、有效、无创伤性检查方法，不仅对叶或段以上PE做出正确诊断，它还可以对继发性血栓的主要危险因素——深静脉血栓做出正确的评估。

Multislice Spiral CT Angiography in Diagnosis of Pulmonary Embolism and Deep Venous Thrombus

Objective:To evaluate the clinica l application of multislice spiral CT angioqraphy in diagnosis of pulmonary emboli sm and deep venous thrombus.Methods:The data of 12 PE patients i ncluding 7 DVT were retrospectively analyzed.The pulmonary arteries and deep vei ns from diaphragm to upper calves were scanned.Three dimensional and multiplanar images of pulmonaoy arteries were obtained after handling in workstation. Results:In 12 PE patients,78 of 185 (42.2%) pulmonary embolism were de tected.In 7 DVT patients,1 thrombus was bilateral,all pelvic veins were involved in.Conclusion:Multisclice spiral CT angiography is a fast,effec tive and no trauma technique.It can be apply in diagnosis of PE above the levels of lobar or segmental arteries and deep venous thrombus,which is leading risk f actor of secondary thrombosis.
