| 摘 要： | 对130例有病理对照的淋巴结病变针吸细胞学诊断结果进行了研究,结果表明恶性病变诊断符合率为90%,良性病变符合率为84%,平均87%,并对淋巴结转移癌,恶性淋巴瘤的细胞学诊断要点,临床特点及误诊原因进行了分析,

| Abstract: | One hundred and thirty cases with lesions in lymph nodes were diagnosed by fine needle aspiration cytology and confirmed by histopathological examination.The results showed that the accuracy of malienant lesions was 90% and that of benign lesions 84%.The average accuracy was 87% Importent points of cytological diagnosis, clinical features and misdiagnostic causes of metastatic cancer of lympy nodes and mal gnant lymphoma were also analyzed. |
