碱性成纤维细胞生长因子在肝细胞癌中的表达及意义

目的 探讨bFGF在肝细胞癌中的表达及其临床病理意义。方法 使用免疫组化SABC法检测41例肝细胞癌手术切除标本及5例外伤性肝破裂肝切取标本。结果 正常对照组bFGF均为阴性。肝细胞癌组bFGF阳性率为70．7％（29／41）。bFGF表达与患者年龄、性别、AFP是否阳性、HBsAg是否阳性无关（P＞0．05）；而与肝癌分化程度、有无癌栓、包膜是否完整有关。在高侵袭转移组与低侵袭转移组间，bFGF阳性率分别为86．4％和52．6％，差异具有显著性（P＜0．05）。结论 bFGF在肝细胞癌中高表达，可以作为判断肝癌恶性程度及转移潜能的参考指标。

Significance of measurement of basic fibroblast growth factor in hepatocellular carcinoma

Aim To study the significance of measurement of bFGF in HCC.Methods Tissues of HCC were obtained from 41 patients who underwent surgery.A total of five cases of laceration injury of liver were used as normal controls.All tissues were performed immunohistochemical staining (SABC method).Results The expressions of bFGF in normal controls were negative.The positive rate in HCC was 70 7%(29/41).There were no obvious relationships between bFGF and age,sex,AFP,HBsAg( P >0 05).But there were significant differences between well and poor differentiation groups,well and poor encapsulating,having and no portal embolus.There was significant difference between higher and lower invasive and metastatic groups ( P <0 05).Their positive rates were 86 4% and 52 6%,respectively.Conclusion bFGF is overexpressed in HCC,which can be helpful to recognize malignant grade and metastasis ability of HCC patients.
