| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨两种开塞露纳肛的方法改善顽固性便秘的效果.方法 100例患者随机分为两组,每组各50例,使用直接法和间接法经肛给予开塞露,观察两种方法改善顽固性便秘的效果.结果 两组排便有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),间接法较直接法改善便秘效果更好.结论 间接法给予开塞露解决顽固性便秘是一种见效快、操作方便、值得推广的好方法.
