摘    要: 目的:测定米稚利桑爱儿A颗粒中维生素B6、泛酸钙、维生素B2的含量。方法:米用高效液相色谱法,用Waters CLC-ODS柱,以乙睛-0. 25 mol· L-1磷酸二氢钾(pH 3.2±0.4)为流动相梯度洗脱,对乙酰氨基酚为内标,泛酸钙检测波长为210 nm,维生素B6、内标和维生素B2的检测波长为280 nm。结果:维生素B6、泛酸钙、维生素B2 分别在20~130μg·ml-1( r = 0.999 3,n=6),20~130μg·ml-1(r =0.998 6,n=6), 5~30μg · ml-1(r = 0.999 3, n=6)浓度范围内呈线性关系。维生素B6、泛酸钙、维生素B2平均回收率分别为99.7%,RSD=0.86%;100.0%,RSD=0.95% ;98.2%, RSD=1.02%。结论:方法简便、快速、准确、重现性好。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To make an assay of vitamin B6, calcium pantothenate and vitamin B2 in Miyarisan Aiji A fine granules. METHOD: A HPLC method was chromatographed on Waters CLC-ODS column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.25 mol·L-1potassium dihydrogen phosphose(pH3.2± 0.4)(varying from 8 :92 to 25:75 in 25 minutes) , acetaminophen as internal substance. UV detections were performod at 210 nm for calcium pantothenate and 280 nm for vitaminB6,acetaminophen and vitaminB2.RESULTS: The standard curves for vitaminB6,calcium pantothenate and vitamin B2 were linear in the range of 20~130μg·ml-1(r=0.999 3,n=6),20~130μg·ml-1(r=0.998 6,n=6),5~30μg·ml-1(r=0.999 3,n=6) respectively. The average recoveries of vitamin B6, calcium pantothenate and vitamin B2at different concentration were 99.7%,,100.0% and 98.2% respectively, their RSD was 0.86%,0.95%,1.02%(n=5).CONCLUSION: The method is convenient, rapid, accurate and precise.
