| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨老年骨科患者术后谵妄的原因及护理对策。方法：对30例术后谵妄患者的表现、心理、原因等情况进行分析,采取相应的护理对策。结果：30例患者经治疗后均恢复良好,无任何其它并发症。结论：护理人员加强对老年骨科术后病人的观察,早期发现谵妄临床的表现,分析其原因并采取相应的治疗和护理干预,是促使患者早日恢复健康的重要举措。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the causes and nursing of senilis delirium of orthopedic inpatients.Method：We analyzed the symptom,causes and phsycology of 30 cases senilis delirium of orthopedic inpatients.Result：All 30 cases were cured after surgery,There＇s no other complications.Conclusion：It＇s better to the recovery for the senilis delirium of orthopedic inpatients with good observation and find out the symptom of delirium early. |
