| 摘 要： | 目的:建立润肠片中大黄酚的含量测定方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为KromasalODSC18(250min×4.6 mm,5μm);检测波长:254 nm;流动相为甲醇:0.1%磷酸(85:15).进样量:20μl;流速:1 ml/min;柱温:20℃.结果:大黄酚在1.6～24.0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 7,平均加样回收率为97.90%.结论:本方法简便、准确,可用于润肠片的质量控制.

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determinatin of Runehang Tablets. Methods: The high-per-formance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was used and the chromatographical condition was Kromasal ODS C18(250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm).The detective wavelength was 254 nm and the methanol:0.1% phosphoric acid (85:15) was acted as the mobile phase. The sample-intake was 20 μl and the flow rate was 1 ml/min and the column temperature was 20%. Re-suits: The chrysophanol displaied the favorable linear relationship in 1.6-24.0 μg (r=0.9997).The mean sampling recovery rate was 97.90%. Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate. It can be used as the quality control in Runchang Tablets. |
