特殊人群弓形虫感染的血清流行病学调查

目的了解江苏省特殊人群弓形虫感染情况,为制定科学的防治措施提供依据。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测特殊人群血清弓形虫IgG抗体,并配以相应的对照组作比较分析。结果人群血清弓形虫IgG抗体阳性率为7.19%,其中特殊人群抗体阳性率为8.30%,对照组阳性率为6.08%,有显著性差异(P<0.05),献血员和临床免疫功能低下者与对照组相比OR分别为4.67和6.67(P<0.05)。结论江苏省特殊人群血清弓形虫抗体阳性率高于普通对照组人员,献血员和临床免疫功能低下者与弓形虫感染有关联性。提示对特殊人群的重视,尤其是应加强对献血人员的弓形虫抗体检测以及对免疫功能低下者的保护。

Investigation and study of sero-epidemiology on Toxoplasma infection in special population

Objective To understand the status of Toxoplasma infection in special population in Jiangsu province to provide basis of making practical control measures. Methods Antibody IgG against Toxoplasma in special population sera was tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and corresponding control groups were analysed. Results The positive rate of antibody IgG against Toxoplasma in all people sera was 7.19%, in which, that of special population was 8.30%, control groups, 6.08%. They were in obvious difference (P<0.05). The odds ratios (OR) were 4.67 and 6.67, respectively (P<0.05), while donated blood persons and immunity ability reduced persons in clinic compared with control groups. Conclusion The positive rate of antibody IgG against Toxoplasma in special population in Jiangsu province was higher than that in control groups. Donated blood persons and immunity ability reduced persons in clinic had relationship with Toxoplasma infection. The article indicates that special population must be paid attention to, especially, strengthened examination to donated blood persons on antibody against Toxoplasma and protected immunity ability reduced persons.
