| 摘 要： | 取早孕绒毛组织，消化分散后制备滋养细胞悬浮液，观察表皮生长因子（EGF）对滋养细胞分泌活动的影响。结果显示，EGF能明显增加滋养细胞的基础孕酮和雌二醇的分泌，但对人绒毛膜促性腺激素（hCG)诱发的孕酮分泌无明显促进作用。揭示EGF对胎盘的内分泌活动发挥一定的调控作用。

| Abstract: | The mechanism and effect of epidermal growth factor (EGF) on function of placental secreted cells are not clear.In this experiment the effect of EGF production of progesterone,estrogen and cAMP in cultured early pregnancy placental secreting cells of human Beings is studied.The results show that EGF can greatly enhance basic production of progesterone and estrogen in a dose-dependent pattern,but it exerts little effect on production of progesterone. |
