| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察胸段硬膜外阻滞对冠心病患者非心脏手术围术期心功能影响。方法 :选择开胸手术冠心病患者 6 1例 ,随机分为硬膜外联合静脉复合组(TEA)和单纯静脉复合组 (GA) ,术后 72h连续监测心电、血氧饱和度并记录两组内科用药量及心脏并发症的发生率。结果 :围术期用药量TEA组明显少于GA组 (P <0 0 0 1) ,心脏并发症的发生率明显低于GA组。结论 :高胸段硬膜外阻滞用于冠心病患者安全 ,能降低围术期心脏并发症的发生率
