中外高等院校职业道德教育在含义、指导思想、实施途径、教学形式和课堂内容等方面有较大差异。结合新形势下我国高等院校职业道德教育亟待解决的问题 ,探讨如何借鉴和吸收国外职业道德教育的先进经验 ,选择恰当的方式对高等院校学生进行职业道德教育灌输 ,从而培养学生的道德价值观和道德推理能力。

Comparative study of ethical education in higher learning institutions and its enlightenment

There are great differences between China and foreign countries in ethical education, such as the concept of professional ethics, the guiding policies, the implementation and the teaching/classroom organization. This article expounds pen-ding problems in ethical education at home, advocates that we should learn from their experiences and discusses how. Proper means should be taken to teach the college students on professional ethical education. Hence good sense of morality value and sensible judgment can be fostered.
