| 摘 要： | 目的:分析结核性脑膜炎的临床及脑脊液特点。方法:回顾分析我院近四年来住院初治结核性脑膜炎患者36例的临床及实验室资料。结果:脑脊液压力升高30例(180～280mmH2O,平均208.3±29.1mmH2O),发生率83%,白细胞计数升高36例,发生率100%,糖降低34例,发生率94%,氯化物降低34例,发生率94%,蛋白升高35例(1000～5000mg/L,平均2380±149.7mg/L),阳性率97%,脑CT异常8例,阳性率31%,表现为基底池渗出,脑积水,脑梗塞等,胸部平片提示肺结核21例,占62%。结论:结核性脑膜炎临床表现复杂,神经系统并发症发生率47%,患者的临床表现、脑脊液检查和肺外结核感染是诊断结核性脑膜炎的重要线索。

Tuberculous Meningitis: Retrospective Analysis from 36 Cases |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical and laboratory features of tuberculous meningitis(TM).Methods:36 cases of TM in my hospital were analysised retrospectively during the last 4 years.Results:83%(30)adult patients with TM had a araised opening pressure,and the maxlmum is 280 mmH2O,while 100%,that is,36 patients had a higher CSF cell count,principally lymphocytes.A decreased level of glucose,chloride and increased level of protein was found 94%(34patients),97%(35patients)respectively in the patients with TM.The positive rate of CT scan and chest X rays were 31%(8 patients)and 62%(21patients)respectively.Conclusion:Patients with TM had complex manifestations,the keys to diagnosis the TM are the clinical manifestations,cerebrospinal fluid examination and the evidence of the infection out of the lungs |
