过氧化氢溶液联合阿奇霉素治疗宫颈支原体感染的近期疗效研究

目的:研究过氧化氢液联合阿奇霉素治疗宫颈支原体感染的疗效。方法:采用完全随机对照试验研究方法,将我院妇科门诊宫颈分泌物支原体(Uu或Mh)培养阳性者随机分成两组,研究组为过氧化氢液联合阿奇霉素用药组,对照组为单纯应用阿奇霉素治疗组,分别于治疗开始的第10天进行宫颈拭子支原体培养,阳性者间隔两周再次复查,根据培养结果,结合症状、体征判断疗效。结果:研究组和对照组的临床有效率分别为90%和50%,两者比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论:过氧化氢液配合阿奇霉素联合用药,可作为治疗宫颈支原体感染的有效方法。

The Effect of Hydrogen Peroxide Combined with Azithromycin on Treatment of Cervical Mycoplasma Infection

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Hydrogen Peroxide combined with Azithromycin on treating cervical mycoplasma infection.Methods:The outpatients as to positive myoplasm (Uu or Mh) culture were distributed randomly to two groups in terms of randomized controlled study.Patients in the experimental group were administered with Hydrogen Peroxide combined with Azithromycin,the others in control group were administered with Azithromycin only.Samples from cervical swab were then prepared for mycoplasma culture on the 10th day after assigned treatment.Patients who were mycoplasma-positive were examined again two weeks later.The curative effects were evaluated according to the results of mycoplasma culture,referring to symptoms and physical signs.Results:The clinical efficiency of experimental and control groups were 90% and 50%,respectively.The difference was significant between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusions:It is an effective measure of taking Hydrogen Peroxide combined with Azithromycin on treating cervical mycoplasma infection.
