| 摘 要： | 原发性痛风23例初诊时误诊18例,误诊率78.3%,全部为男性患者。平均年龄55.6岁,误诊时间平均9.1年。主要误诊的疾病为风湿性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、蜂窝组织炎、丹毒及化脓性关节炎等。本文对痛风误诊的原因进行了分析,并对痛风的鉴别诊断及如何提高诊断率进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | In the 23 cases of primary gout there are 18 cases misdiagnosed in the beginning,with the misdiagnostic rate 78.3%.The average duration of misdiagnosis is 9.1 years.All patients are male and the average age is 55.6 years.Predominantly they are misdiagnosed as rheumatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis,cellulitis,erysipelas and purulent arthritis;etc.This article analyze the causes of misdiagnosis and emphasize its differential diagnosis.Also how to reach a correct diagnosis is discussed |
