苦豆子方剂调血脂作用的临床研究

摘    要:目的观察苦豆子方剂对高脂血症患者的疗效。方法高脂血症患者50例,随机分为两组。治疗组给予苦豆子方剂;对照组给予血脂康胶囊。两组均连续用药12周,比较两组治疗前后患者血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)变化,并进行总体疗效和安全性评定。结果治疗组显效率76.7%,总有效率86.7%;对照组显效率75.0%,总有效率90.0%。两组显效率、总有效率比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05);治疗组能显著降低血浆TC,TG,LDL(P<0.01),升高HDL(P<0.01)。结论苦豆子方剂可明显改善血脂紊乱患者的状况。

Abstract:Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Compound KuDouZi on hyperlipoidemia.Methods Fifty patients with hyperlipoidemia were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(Compound KuDouZi) and control group(Xuezhikang capsule).The therapeutic course was 12 weeks.The changes of the serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C) and clinical symptoms of all patients were observed before and after treatment and the efficiency and safety of the Compound KuDouZi was evaluated.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in Compound KuDouZi group was 86.7%,in Xuezhikang capsule group was 90.0%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After administering Compound KuDouZi for 12 weeks,it could may reduce TC,TG and LDL-C contents and increase HDL-C content(P<0.01).Conclusion Compound KuDouZi can regulate the metabolism of lipid and improve the clinical symptoms of patients with dyslipidemia.
