| 摘 要： | 本文报告同种肾移植后并发早期出血４例，发病率为０８３％（４／４８０），３例治愈，１例失去移植肾。４例均获访４年多。对出血的原因、诊断和防治进行了讨论。认为主要原因是外科技术性的，有效治疗方法是尽早手术。

| Abstract: | Four cases of hemorrhage during early stage of renal transplantation were reportde.The incidence was 0.83%(4/480).Three patients were curde.and patient had lost his Kidney.Four cases have been followed up for more than 4 years.Cause of hemorrhage,diagnosis,prevention and treatment were discussed.The main cause was incorrect operative technique.The effective treatment was operative intervention as soon as the diagnsis was establided. |
