仙灵骨葆胶囊联合臭氧关节内注射治疗膝骨性关节炎临床研究

目的:观察仙灵骨葆胶囊联合医用臭氧关节内注射治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效及对炎症因子的影响。方法:将膝骨性关节炎94例按随机数字表法分为联合组49例与对照组45例,对照组给予医用臭氧关节内注射治疗,联合组给予仙灵骨葆胶囊联合医用臭氧关节内注射治疗,2组均连续治疗4周,检测2组治疗前后血清炎症因子水平变化,并评估其疼痛、膝关节功能恢复情况,统计其临床疗效。结果:治疗后,总有效率联合组为97.96%,对照组为77.78%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),且联合组血清TNF-α、hs-CRP水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Lysholm评分均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),且联合组VAS、Lysholm评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:仙灵骨葆胶囊联合医用臭氧关节内注射治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效确切,可有效抑制炎性因子水平,从而缓解关节疼痛,促进膝关节功能恢复。

Clinical Study on Xianling Gubao Capsules Combined with Intra-articular Ozone Injection for Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of the therapy of Xianling Gubao capsules combined with intraarticular injection of medical ozone for knee osteoarthritis,and its effect on inflammatory cytokines.Methods:A total of 94 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the combination groups and the control group,49 and 45 cases in each group respectively.The control group was treated with intra-articular injection of medical ozone,and the combination group was treated with Xianling Gubao capsules combined with intra-articular injection of medical ozone.Both groups were treated continuously for four weeks.The changes in the levels of inflammatory cytokines in serum were detected before and after treatment;the pain and knee function recovery were evaluated;the clinical effect in the two groups was observed.Results:The total effective rate was 97.96%in the combination group and 77.78%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in serum in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above levels in the combination group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Visual Analog Scale(VAS)and Lysholm in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above scores in the combination group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Xianling Gubao capsules combined with intra-articular ozone injection has significant therapeutic effect in treating knee osteoarthritis,which can significantly inhibit the levels of inflammatory cytokines,so as to better alleviate joint pain and promote knee function recovery.
