中西医结合临床路径护理骨盆骨折术后患者效果研究

目的:观察中西医结合临床路径护理对骨盆骨折术后患者的效果。方法:选择86例骨盆骨折患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法,分为对照组与观察组各43例。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组患者实施中西医结合临床路径护理。6个月后,比较分析2组患者临床护理效果、并发症发生率及护理满意度评分。结果:观察组临床护理总有效率为93.02%,明显高于对照组的72.09%(P<0.05);观察组总并发症发生率为9.30%,明显低于对照组的23.26%(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合临床路径护理对骨盆骨折术后患者有较高的有效率,并发症发生率较低,且患者的护理满意度较高,值得推广应用。

A Study on Effect of Nursing of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Combined with Clinical Pathway on Patients after Surgery for Pelvic Fracture

Objective:To observe the effect of the therapy of nursing of integrated Chinese and western medicine combined with clinical pathway on patients after surgery for pelvic fracture.Methods:A total of 86 patients with pelvic fracture were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with nursing of integrated Chinese and western medicine combined with clinical pathway.After six months,the clinical nursing effect,complication rate and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of clinical nursing was 93.02%in the observation group,significantly higher than that of 72.09%in the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate in the observation group was 9.30%,significantly lower than that of 23.26%in the control group(P<0.05).The score of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing of integrated Chinese and western medicine combined with clinical pathway has a high effective rate,low complication rate and high score of nursing satisfaction for patients after surgery for pelvic fracture,which is worthy of promotion and application.
