痰热清注射液联合哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠辅助心理干预治疗急性肺炎临床研究

目的:观察痰热清注射液、哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠联合心理干预治疗急性肺炎临床疗效。方法:将急性肺炎87例患者按照随机数字表法分组,分为对照组44例和观察组43例。对照组给予哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠注射液进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予痰热清注射液同时辅助心理干预进行治疗。2组治疗周期为10 d,评估2组临床疗效,检测血常规,观察临床症状改善情况。结果:观察组总有效率为93.02%,对照组为77.27%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组白细胞、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞水平均较前改善(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后白细胞、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组气促、紫绀、水肿、啰音改善时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:痰热清注射液、哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠辅助心理干预治疗治疗急性肺炎,能够有助于改善患者临床症状,同时可以促进血常规等实验室指标恢复。

Clinical Study on Tanreqing Injection Combined with Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium in Adjuvant Treatment with Psychological Intervention for Acute Pneumonia

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tanreqing injection and piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium combined with psychological intervention for acute pneumonia.Methods:According to the random number table method a total of 87 cases of patients with acute pneumonia were divided into the control group with 44 cases and the observation group with 43 cases.The control group was treated with the injection of piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium,and the observation group was additionally given Tanreqing injection combined with psychological intervention based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for ten days.The clinical effect in the two groups was evaluated,the blood routine was detected,and the improvement of clinical symptoms was observed.Results:The total effective rate was93.02%in the observation group and 77.27%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of leucocytes,neutrophils and lymphocytes in the two groups were all improved when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the above levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of dyspnea,cyanosis,edema and rales in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Tanreqing injection and piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium combined with psychological intervention for acute pneumonia can help improve the clinical symptoms of patients and promote the recovery of laboratory indexes such as blood routine.
