中西医结合护理对四肢远端骨折术后恢复的影响

目的:观察中西医结合护理对四肢远端骨折术后恢复的影响。方法:选取88例四肢远端骨折术后患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各44例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行中西医结合护理,比较2组术后疼痛程度、肢体功能恢复情况及并发症发生率。结果:术后1 d,2组VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后3 d、7 d,2组VAS评分均较术后1 d降低(P<0.05),观察组VAS评分均低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。观察组肢体功能恢复优良率86.36%,高于对照组的68.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率11.36%,低于对照组的29.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合护理可有效缓解四肢远端骨折患者术后疼痛度,提升肢体功能恢复效果,减少并发症发生。

Effect of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing on Postoperative Recovery of Distal Limb Fracture

Objective:To observe the effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing on postoperative recovery on distal limb fracture.Methods:A total of 88 cases of patients with distal limb fracture were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing.After operation,the degree of pain,the recovery of limb function and the incidence of complications in the two groups were compared.Results:On the 1 stday after operation,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of VAS scores in the two groups(P>0.05).On the 3 rdand 7 thday after operation,VAS scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those on the 1 st day after operation(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at the same period(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of recovery of limb function was 86.36%in the observation group,higher than that of 68.18%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After operation,the incidence of complications was 11.36%in the observation group,lower than that of 29.55%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrated Chinese and western medicine nursing in treating distal limb fracture can effectively relieve the pain,improve the recovery of limb function and reduce the incidence of complications.
