| 摘 要： | 目的：评价利培酮、氯丙嗪对精神分裂症阴性症状的疗效。方法：采用前瞻性单盲对照研究方法,以阴性症状评定量表（ＳＡＮＳ）的得分结果来评价。结果：利培酮组治疗前后ＳＡＮＳ总分及各分量表的综合评分均显著降低（Ｐ〈０．０５或０．０１）而氯丙嗪组降低不明显。结论：利培酮对阴性症状的疗效显著优于氯丙嗪。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTocompare the therapeutic effect of risperdal and chlorpromazine on the negative symptoms ofschizophrenia. MethodAsignle-blind prospective study in which 32 schizophrenic patients with negative symptomsreceived risperdal (n=17) and chlorpromazine (n=15) respectively. The scoring results ofSANS were used for the evaluation of negative symptoms. ResultsThere were the obvious reductionsin the total score of SANS or the comprehensive score of several subgroups (P＜0.05 or ＜0.01). The total SANS score and five SANS factors weremore reduced significantly (P＜0.01) in risperdal-treated patients than chlorpromazine-treated subjects. ConclusionThetherapy effect of risperdal on the negative symptoms of schizophrenia is superior tochlorpromazine. |
