电针对链脲佐菌素AD模型大鼠海马区Aβ阳性细胞表达和脑内SOD活性的影响

摘    要:摘 要] 目的:探讨电针对AD大鼠学习记忆能力改善的可能机制。方法:将Wistar大鼠随机分成正常组、盐水组、模型组、西药组和电针组,每组12只。侧脑室注射STZ制备动物模型,以Morris水迷宫评价大鼠学习记忆能力,用免疫组法和可见光分光光度计比色法观测大鼠海马区Aβ阳性细胞表达情况和脑内SOD活性情况。结果:与正常组及盐水组比较,模型组海马区Aβ蛋白表达水平升高(P<0.01),SOD活性降低(P<0.01)。治疗后电针组与模型组比较,Aβ蛋白表达水平降低(P<0.01) ,SOD活性升高(P<0.01)。结论:电针可能通过降低Aβ蛋白表达,提高SOD活性来改善学习记忆能力。

Abstract:Abstract] Objective: To investigate the mechanism of the influencing of electric acupuncture on learning and memory. Method: Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: 12 were in the control group, 12 were in the brine group, 12 were in the model group, 12 were in the medicine group, 12 were in the electric acupuncture group. The method of preparation for animal model was injecting STZ into lateral cerebral ventricle, to evaluate the learning and memory ability of every group rats by means of Morris water maze, to observe the Aβ positive cells and SOD activity of hippocampus by means of immunohistochemistry and visible spectrophotometer colorimetry. Results: Compared with control group and brine group, the Aβ protein expression of model group significantly increased(P<0.01), the SOD activity obviously decreased(P<0.01). Compared with model group after the treatment, the Aβ protein expression of electric acupuncture group significantly decreased(P<0.01), the SOD activity obviously increased(P<0.01). Conclusion: Electric acupuncture reducing the Aβ protein expression and increasing the SOD activity of hippocampus maybe is one of the mechanism which improves learning and memory ability of AD rats.
