1999年深圳市医院消毒工作质量检测

为调查１９９９年深圳市各级医院消毒工作质量，进行了细菌污染与紫外线灯辐照度值检测。结果，引所医院的手术室、产房空气合格率较低（７２．７３％～７９．０７％），压力蒸汽灭菌、无菌医疗用品、使用中消毒液、消毒后物体表面与医护人员手、紫外线灯辐照度值合格率均＞９０％。各检测对象的合格率，在各级医院间互有高低。此说明消毒工作质量与深圳市医院级别、规模无关。

Examination of quality of disinfection work in hospitals of Shenzhen City

In order to investigate the quality of disinfection work in hospitals of different levels of Shenzhen City in 1999, bacterial contamination and ultraviolet lamp irradiation intensity were examined. The results showed that the eligible rates of air in the operating rooms and the delivery rooms of 91 hospitals were low（72.73%-79.07%) and the eligible rates of autoclav- ing, sterile medical articles, disinfectant solutions in use, surfaces of various articles and hands of medical workers after disinfection and ultraviolet lamp irradiation intensity were >90%. The eligible rates of various objects examined in one hospital were higher or lower than in other hospitals, indicating that the quality of disinfection work is not related to the level and scale of the hospital in Shenzhen City.
