射频毁损联合无水乙醇注射治疗小肝癌的坏死范围及安全性

摘    要:目的比较射频联合无水乙醇(99%)注射和单独射频治疗肝肿瘤的坏死范围及安全性.方法 28例原发性和转移性肝癌患者,14例接受射频联合无水乙醇注射治疗,14例接受单独射频治疗.2组疗效均由治疗后1个月的螺旋CT增强扫描评估.结果 2组病例肿瘤的坏死范围有显著统计学差异,治疗后安全性指标均无显著统计学差异.结论射频治疗是一种有效、安全的肝肿瘤治疗方法,与单独射频治疗相比,射频毁损联合无水乙醇注射治疗能增大肿瘤坏死范围,并且比较安全.

Abstract:Objective To compare a short term efficacy and safety by radiofrequency(RF) with or without percutaneous ethanol injection(PEI) in patients with primary and secondary hepatic cancer. Methods The observed population consisted of 28 patients with primary or secondary hepatic cancer. Among these, 14 patients were treated with RF combined with PEI and the other 14 patients were treated with RF alone. All patients were followed up using contrast-enhanced computed tomography one month after treatment. Results There were significant differences in the necrosis range between two groups. There were no significant differences in the target of safety in two groups. Conclusions Radiofrequency is effective and safe in treating hepatic cancer. Radiofrequency combined with percutaneous ethanol injection increases tumor destruction compared with radiofrequency alone and this combination is relatively safe.
