悦安欣治疗急性脑梗死疗效评价及其对血脂、血液流变学指标的影响

目的:观察悦安欣治疗急性脑梗死疗效及其对血脂、血液流变学指标的影响。方法:将196例急性脑梗死患者随机均分为治疗组与对照组。除均给予胞二磷胆碱、肠溶阿司匹林、B族维生素等综合治疗外,治疗组加用悦安欣注射液20ml,对照组加用血塞通注射液10ml,1次/d,疗程均为3wk。比较2组疗效及头颅CT改变情况,并观察治疗组血脂、血液流变学指标的变化。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为96.94%、86.73%(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组头颅病灶缩小或密度减低率分别为63.89%、42.42%(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前、后血脂、血液流变学指标均有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:悦安欣能改善脑供血、血脂代谢,降低全血粘度,治疗急性脑梗死安全、有效。

Therapeutic Effect of Yueanxin in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction and Its Effects on Indexes of Blood- fat and Hemorheology

OBJECTIVE:To observe the therapeutic effect of Yueanxin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its effects on the indexes of blood-fat and hemorheology.METHODS:196 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group:both groups were treated with combined therapy(citicoline,enteric-coated aspirin,B-family vitamin,and so on);however,the treatment group was treated with additional Yueanxin injection 20 ml for 3 weeks while the control group was treated with additional Xuesetong injection 10 ml q.d for 3 weeks.The curative effects,cerebral CT changes between the 2 groups were compared;meanwhile variations on indexes of blood-fat and hemorheology of the treatment group were observed.RESULTS:The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 96.94% and 86.73%,respectively(P<0.05);focus diminution rates or density reduction rates of the 2 groups were 63.89% and 42.42%,respectively(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the indexes of blood-fats and hemorheology for the treatment group before and after treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01).CONCLUSION:Yueanxin injection can improve cerebral blood supply and lipid metabolism in serum,decrease whole blood viscosity,and which is safe and effective in treating acute cerebral infarction.
