| 摘 要： | 目的研究载脂蛋白E基因多态性与阿托伐他汀调脂疗效及肝功影响的相关性。方法采用多聚酶链式反应-限制性内切酶片段长度多态性方法(PCR-RFLP)测定49例血脂异常患者ApoE基因型,测定服用阿托伐他汀治疗前及治疗4周后的血脂及肝功水平,分析基因型与调脂疗效的关系。结果 E3等位基因组服用阿托伐他汀4周后,总胆固醇(TC)降低有统计学意义(P<0.05),而E2、E4等位基因组对血脂水平的降低不明显;各等位基因组间的指标变化程度经过统计分析发现差异无统计学意义。服用阿托伐他汀后E3等位基因的STB与ALT改变较大,但各等位基因组间的肝功指标变化程度差异无统计学意义。结论载脂蛋白E基因多态性对阿托伐他汀调脂疗效差异无统计学意义,对肝功损害无显著影响。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between apolipoprotein-E(ApoE) restricted fragment length polymorphism and the therapeutic effect of atorvastatin.
