| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨在县、乡镇医院如何救治重型颅脑损伤.方法:回顾分析1995年元月～2005年12月对432例重型颅脑损伤患者急救及治疗效果.结果:432例患者中手术184例,非手术248例.恢复良好239例,中残30例,重残27例,植物生存8例,死亡128例.结论:重型颅脑损伤及时实施院前急救,手术;纳络酮、应用甲氰咪呱,精心护理及综合治疗,减少残障及病死率.

| Abstract: | Objectve To probe people's into how to treat and cure severe cranio-cerebral trauma(SCT)in basic hospitals.Methods To retrospectively analyze the first aid cure and its effects of 432 cases of SCT in basic hospitals.Results Of 432 cases,184 case were performed operations while 248 case not.239 cases recovered,30 cases got medium disability,27 cases got severe disability,8 cases were human vegetable,and 128 cases died.Conclusion The keys to curing patients with SCT include preforming first aid treatment before sending them to hospitals,performing operation,and etc. |
