植物内生真菌是一大类未被充分研究过的新的微生物资源,具有潜在的应用前景。随着对药用植物内生真菌研究的深入,从药用植物内生真菌中寻找新的生物活性成分已成为研究热点。总结近年药用植物内生真菌产生的抗肿瘤、抗菌等活性次生代谢产物最新的研究进展,内生真菌活性成分已成为发现新颖结构化合物及新药物的重要资源。

Recent Studies on the Secondary Metabolites Produced by Medicinal Plant Endophytic Fungi

Plant endophytic fungi are a large class of new microbial resources not fully studied,with potential applications.With the development of researches in the field of endophytic fungi of medicinal plants,the research on novel original bioactive compounds from endophytic fungi has become a new hotspot.This article reviewed the recent progress on studying anti-tumor and anti-bacterial activity of secondary metabolites produced medicinal plant endophyte.The active ingredient of endophytic fungi has become an important source which found the new structure of compounds and new drugs.
